Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Data Saham Indonesia app, to DataSahamBot and the personal bots DataSaham0Bot to DataSaham9Bot on Telegram, and to datasaham.id, all provided by Kajo Kangin Studio (“we”, “us”). By using any of them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with your account and with the Telegram account you link to it.

Personal use only

The data, alerts, charts, screener and scoring results and other content you receive through the app or the bots are for your own personal use. They are provided to your account only; that right cannot be transferred to anyone else.

No redistribution

You may not share what you receive with other people. In particular, you may not copy, forward, re-post, publish, sell or otherwise pass on:

• Price Alerts and Formula-Based Alerts,
• charts sent by DataSahamBot or the personal bots,
• screener and scoring results, or any other data from the service,

to other people, groups or channels — on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, social media, websites or anywhere else. This applies whether it is done by hand or automatically, for example with userbots, auto-forwarders, scripts or bridges between chats. Do not add DataSahamBot or the personal bots to groups or channels.

Fair use

The service is shared by all its users, so its features have fair-use limits:

• No automated access. Do not use scripts, bots, macros or other tools to request data, charts or alerts, or to collect them, other than through the features of the app and the bots.
• Charts on Telegram: one chart every 5 seconds; one every 15 seconds after 20 charts in 5 minutes; at most 100 charts an hour and 500 a day. Zoom and refresh buttons count as charts.
• Premium features, including unlimited charts, are provided within these limits.

We may change these limits to keep the service responsive for everyone. The bots tell you when a limit is reached and when you can continue.

Not investment advice

All data is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute a buy or sell recommendation. Investment decisions remain entirely your responsibility. The Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms, covers investment risk, the accuracy of data, and the limits of our liability.

When the terms are broken

If you break these terms, we may, without prior notice:

• limit or switch off features for your account, such as Telegram alerts or charts,
• suspend or close your account.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time, and changes take effect when they are posted on this page. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies and replaces all earlier versions. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the changed terms. Where a change is significant, we will try to let users know in the app or through the official website. Changes do not reduce premium features you have already paid for until the end of the current paid period.

Language

These terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
