Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you and retained, unless an exception applies.

How to submit a request

Send an email to idx.datasaham@gmail.com with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

So that we can verify the request, please send it from the email address registered to your account.

What happens next

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete your personal information — and direct our service providers, subcontractors, and consultants to delete it — unless an exception applies.

Requests are processed manually, so please allow our team some time to action it. We will send a confirmation to the same email address once the deletion is complete.
